Product Dispatch

• Ready Stock (Malaysia): All items are in stock and shipped from Malaysia.
• Ship Out Within 1-3 days: Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
• Delivery Time:
  • Peninsular Malaysia: Orders typically arrive within 1 week after shipped.
  • East Malaysia: Orders may take 2 week to arrive.

1. Please allow 1-3mm error due to manual measurement. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Monitors are not calibrated the same; the colour of items displayed in photos may slightly differ from the real object.
3. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Ship to West Malaysia: from RM7.00 up.
Ship to East Malaysia: from RM15.00 up.

Product Return & Replacement

If you get confirmation from us to return your product, mail it to:

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
